Meeting of the CRF Strategic Council in Brno
On 27 June, meeting of the community of Czech family businesses took place. At the invitation of Mr. Pavel Vranek from the family company RENOCAR, a.s., the members of the CRF Strategic Council met this time in the BMW Museum in Brno.
The BMW Museum was built by the Vranek family thanks to their passion for the Bavarian brand. Next to the thriving family company RENOCAR, a.s., this unique space for historic BMW models was created. The very first model produced under the brand, the BMW Dixi from 1928, is also on display here.
In addition to the meeting of the CRF Strategic Council, its members also enjoyed a scenic drive to the Battle of Austerlitz Memorial with Renocar Red Roadsters and a guided tour of the museum’s collection of classic cars BMWs. Petr Dvořák, Rector of the University of Economics in Prague, also came to support the theme of family businesses.
The CRF Strategic Council is an advisory body of the Centre for Family Business composed of representatives of major Czech family businesses. The mission of the CRF Strategic Council is to influence and support the activities of the Center, which offers education to business families on topics such as the family constitution, family council, strategy and management of family companies.
